          Product Description产品描述
          Lead-freeUV-resistant PVC jacketing compound are granule compounds which are manufactured with mixing, plasticizing and pelletizing processes. They regard advanced PVC resin as the basic raw material, and add special plasticizer, stabilizer and other accessory ingredients.
          环保型聚氯乙烯抗紫外线护套料是以优质聚氯乙烯树脂为基料,加入特种增塑剂、特种稳定剂等助剂,经混合、塑化、造粒而成的粒状电缆料。
           
          Characteristics and Application 特点及用途
          The products have excellent climate-resistant property and good processability. They can meet RoHS Standard. All their properties are referred to GB/T 8815 and UL 1581 and other standards. They are mainly used for the jacketing of cables which have UV-resistant property requirements.
          产品具有良好的耐候性,加工性能优异,符合RoHS环保标准。产品性能参考GB/T 8815、UL1581等标准的要求,主要用于有抗紫外线要求的电线电缆护套。
           
          Processing Indicator加工工艺
          Recommend to use single-screw extruders with L/D= 20-25.
          建议使用普通长径比为20-25的单螺杆挤出机进行生产。
