          Product Description and Application 产品描述和用途 
          The SB-6000 series is IPN of styrene thermoplastic elastomeric compounds. There are no harmful contents, and have excellent physical and mechanical properties, and high-temperature resistant. There are rubber characteristics under -50℃conditions. The highest working temperature is 125℃. The range of hardness is from 50A to 40D. The tensile strength, elongation and elastic resilience can match TPU.
          TPE-EP6000系列是苯乙烯类热塑性弹性体的互穿网络聚合物(IPN),不含有害物质,具有优异的物理机械性能,耐高低温性卓越,在-50℃时仍具有橡胶特性,最高工作温度125℃,其硬度范围50A~40D,其拉伸强度、伸长率和回弹性等可与聚氨酯(TPU)相媲美。
           
          SB-6000 series can be used for:
          l  Insulation jacketing of submarine cables and polar cables. Jacketing of various telephone lines and electrical wires under harsh environment
          l  Soft anti-flex cable jacketing of cable core under 90-125 ℃
          l  Fitness and sports apparatus, like chest developer, advanced gym shoes, etc,
          l  Rubber parts of medical appliance, seal parts and rubber parts of electric appliance
          l  Tenacity modification of plastics and engineering plastics.
          SB-6000系列弹性体可以用于:
          1、海底电缆,极地电缆的绝缘护套。严酷气候下的各种电话线,电子线的护套;
          2、线芯温度90-125 ℃的柔软耐曲绕电缆护套;
          3、健身与体育用品;如扩胸器,高级运动鞋等;
          4、医疗器械橡胶件,密封件,电子电器用橡胶件;
          5、塑料与工程塑料的增韧改性。

          The temperature mentioned above is for reference only, and should be modified according to different structures of different extruders and screws.

          Dry Condition干燥条件 
          No need for drying in normal environment. If the compound was affected with damp, dry it in 90℃conditions for 2-3 hours, or in 70-80℃ for 3-4 hours. Keep the moisture content of compound smaller than 0.1wt%.
          一般不需干燥。如受潮,在90℃条件下干燥2-3小时,或在70-80℃条件下干燥3-4小时,保持树脂含水量小于0.1wt%后再使用。
