          Product Description 产品描述
          NB-4000 series are dynamic or non-dynamic TPNBR & TPVC compounds which are dynamic vulcanized by nitrile rubber and polar resin or non-polar resin. They have excellent oil-resistant (ASTM3# oil, fuel oil, gear oil, brake oil, lubricant oil), anti-ozone, anti-climate, strength and anti-flex properties. They can meet RoHS Standard, and have no heavy metals. NB-4001 is low-halogen flame retardant while NB-4003 is halogen-free. Hardness of NB-4000 series are 75A-40D.
          NB-4000系列是丁腈橡胶与级性或非级性树脂的动态或非动态硫化共混物(TPNBR&TPVC)。有优异的耐油(ASTM3#油,燃油,齿轮油,制动油,润滑油),耐臭氧,耐候性;强度,耐曲挠性具优。符合欧盟的RoHS要求,不含重金属等有害物质。其中4001为低卤阻燃型,4003无卤。本系硬度范围:75A~40D。

          Dry Condition 干燥条件 
          No need for drying in normal environment. If the compound was affected with damp, dry it in 90℃ conditions for 2-3 hours, or in 70-80℃conditions for 3-4 hours. Keep the moisture content of the compound smaller than 0.1wt%.
          一般不需干燥。如受潮,在90℃条件下干燥2-3小时,或在70-80℃条件下干燥3-4小时,保持树脂含水量小于0.1wt%后再使用。
